01Context

Çakar Hair Designer offers modern men's hair design at Shima Men in Buca, İzmir. The website needed to show the quality of real cuts immediately, make services and pricing easy to scan, and guide visitors confidently toward a call, directions, or a WhatsApp booking.

02My Role

I designed and developed the project end to end. I directed an AI-assisted process across research, information architecture, art direction, interface design, and responsive implementation.

03Design Decisions

I paired a black-and-gold system with real haircut photography to feel premium but approachable. WhatsApp, call, and directions share the hero's main decision point. The portfolio is filterable by style, while services, prices, reviews, and persistent mobile actions form one continuous path.

04Technical Decisions

I built the mobile-first site in Next.js and deployed it on Vercel. A filterable portfolio and image viewer, service and pricing sections, video, FAQ, and location all live in one page. The booking form turns a selected service, date, and time into a prepared WhatsApp message without storing personal data.

05AI in the Process

AI was not a decorative add-on in this project; it was an active production partner throughout the design process. I used it iteratively for brand direction, information architecture, component alternatives, and responsive refinement, while keeping selection, final decisions, and quality control in my hands.

06Outcome

Visitors can compare real cuts and prices, choose a service, date, and time, and send the request through WhatsApp in one tap. The live site connects the barber's portfolio directly to booking.
